The national women’s team of Moldova suffered the third defeat in the UEFA Women’s Euro 2021 qualifying competition. Moldova was defeated by Poland 0-3 in Chisinau, IPN reports.
Poland scored twice before the break. Paulina Dudek opened the score in the 16th minute, while Adriana Achcinska transformed a penalty awarded as a result of a foul by Dumitrița Prisăcari. In the 71st minute, Dominika Kopinska set the final scoreline at 3-0.
After five stages played in Group D, Moldova is the last but one with three points. The team trained by Eduard Blănuță plays the next match away against Spain on November 27.
