Some of the customers of the mobile phone carrier Moldcell found themselves unable to phone or to receive phone calls. Contacted by IPN for a comment, representatives of the carrier said the services of Moldcell were unavailable owing to works to modernize the network performed on the night of November 9.
The company said effort is being made to fix all the glitches and to restore the services as swiftly as possible. “We apologize for the caused inconvenience and thank you for your understanding,” says the message transmitted by the carrier to customers.
This is not the first time that the clients of Moldcell remained without services. It happened so last in August, when the mobile phone network failed following heavy rain.
