Mobile points will be created in the capital city for citizens to drink water and seek primary medical assistance in case of need there. Mayor Ion Ceban asked to decide where the tents will be put up until the end of this week, IPN reports.

About 90 requests for assistance over symptoms caused by high temperatures were recorded at medical institutions so far, deputy head of the Chisinau General Medical and Social Assistance Division Vladimir Bolocan stated in Monday’s meeting of officials of municipal services.

During dog days, some of the people seek to cool off near fountains and pools in Chisinau. Vladimir Bolocan warned that swimming in the city’s fountains and lakes is dangerous to health.
