In Chisinau municipality, the persons who, for health reasons, cannot travel to polling places to take part in the referendum on the dismissal of the mayor general can ask for the mobile ballot box by 3pm on November 19, IPN reports.

Applications in written form must be submitted to the polling place on whose rolls the voter was written by presenting a medical certificate containing the reason why the mobile ballot box is requested. The persons with visual impairments can ask to be allowed to vote at the place where they are in verbal form.

The persons who cannot individually submit the application for the mobile ballot box, for health or other well-founded reasons, can file the application through a member of the family or the social worker, if need be.
