For the next few days the State Weather Service has issued both a code-orange warning for heat and code-yellow advisory for rain and thunderstorms, with a significant drop in temperatures forecast starting July 17, Info-Prim Neo reports. State Weather Service director Ilie Boian said that Sunday will start with torrid temperatures of up to 38 degrees Celsius to turn showery by the evening. On Monday, precipitations will persist and will be compounded by thunderstorms, hail and wind gusts. This will be particularly true for the northern districts, where the wind will blow at speeds of up to 25 meters per second. Starting Tuesday temperatures will drop sharply, with highs not exceeding 26 degrees. According to Ilie Boian, this is due to a cold front coming from NW.
