Two minors from Drochia, who on August 30 attacked a taxi driver with a knife, will be prosecuted for murder attempt. The two were placed under arrest for 30 days initially, IPN reports.

According to prosecutors from Drochia, the minors attacked the driver with the aim of dispossessing him of belongings. They failed yet in their attempt as the victim put up resistance.

The minors, aged 17 and, respectively, 16, face long jail terms.
