Four boys, three of which are under 18 years of age, have been arrested on charges of robbery. The four of them, including a girl, beat with cruelty two young people and stole their goods, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the General Police Commissariat, the incident took place in the yard of an apartment block on Ismail Street in Chisinau. The victims, aged 18 and 20, are from Telenesti district. They complained to the police that they were beaten, threatened with death and robbed. According the victims, they were threatened with a knife and robbed of their money, about 4000 lei, of their mobile phones and accessories. The arrested suspects are two 16 year old boys, a 17 year old girl and an 18 year old boy from Chisinau, Criuleni and Telenesti. They all confessed. During the hearings, the police learned that the girl lured the two victims into dim-lighted yard. The plan was for her accomplices to attack the two boys the under the pretext that one of them accosted the girl, allegedly the sister of one of the attackers. The law enforcement agents learned that the robbers planned to commit more crimes like this. The young people are charged with robbery, which is punishable by 6 to 10 years in jail.
