The Moldovans cannot enter Romania through state border crossing points, except for the family members of Romanian citizens, family members of the citizens of other EU member states and of the European Economic Community or of the Swiss Confederation, with residence in Romania, persons who have a long-stay visa, a permit of stay or a document equal to the permit of stay, and other categories of people, IPN reports.
According to the updated information concerning travel advisories communicated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, all the persons who cross Romania and do not have symptoms typical of the infection with the novel coronavirus, regardless of the county of origin or destination, are not obliged to self-isolate.
Ukraine allows the Moldovans to enter and stay only if they present a health insurance policy that will serve as a guarantee for covering the costs associated with the treatment of COVID-19, with mandatory stay at relatives, friends, rented accommodations or in quarantine for a 14-day period.
Entrance to Bulgaria for Moldovan citizens is banned until July 31, 2020. The restrictions are valid in case of transit too. As an exception, the Bulgarian authorities are examining requests to enter and cross Bulgaria when the applicants are persons in a difficult humanitarian situation.
The travel restrictions and border control measures are maintained for all the foreigners who enter France, if only they have a French long-term residence permit or cross France to the country of origin, etc.
The Greek authorities extended the temporary entrance restrictions imposed on foreigners until July 31, 2020. The citizens who have a permit of stay of an EU member state or a Schengen Area country are an expectation. At least 24 hours before making the trip, the citizens will be obliged to fill out an electronic passenger localization form through which the authorities could follow the travellers.
