The state-run Balti Food Products Complex, SA “Cereale Fluor” and the territorial administrative unit Cantemir haven’t presented the required information for monitoring the public debt. For this reason, they were included in the ‘blacklist’ that was published by the Ministry of Finance, IPN reports.
The law on the public debate, state guarantees and state re-lending and the Government’s decision on its implementation oblige the territorial-administrative units, the commercial organizations with complete or majority public capital, the state-owned and municipal companies to present information that is needed to monitor the owed amounts and the settling of the public debt.
The ‘blacklist’ also includes 22 entities that provided the given information with delay, after September 30, 2013. These are: IS “Moldresurse”, “Giuvaer”, “Calea ferata”, “Chetrosu”, “TL Codru”, the Marculesti Airport, IS “Combinatul vinurilor de calitate Milestii Mici”,”Vamservinform”, the National Medical Diagnosis Center, the Central Publishing House, SA “Aroma”, “Armo-Beton”, “Forjacom”, “Moldexpo”, “Sanfarm Prim”, UAT Briceni, Soroca, Nisporeni, Basarabeasca, the Cahul mayor’s office, the mayor’s office of Comrat municipality and the Cahul District Council.
