Milsami Orhei is the new holder of Moldova’s Football Cup, the 2017-2018 edition. In the final played on the Zimbru Stadium in Chisinau, the team trained by Veaceslav Rusnac beat Zimbru Chisinau 2-0 in overtime,  IPN reports.

Both of the goals for the winners were scored by Maxim Antoniuc in the 99th and 102nd minutes. ”We deserved the Cup. The team struggled till the end,” Milsami coach Veaceslav Rusnac told a news conference.

Milsami now won its second Football Cup, after that obtained in 2012. In the future season of the European Cups, Moldova will be represented by Sheriff, Milsami, Petrocub and Zaria.
