Milsami Orhei and Zaria Balti are the finalists of Moldova’s Football Cup 2016. The winner of the final will secure its presence in the UEFA Europa League qualifying competition, IPN reports.

Milsami eliminated Dacia from the Cup several days after beating it in the championship. The semifinal in Orhei ended in overtime. The injuring of goalkeeper Radu Matu was the most memorable phase during the normal period of the game. This lost conciseness after a contact with international Vadim Cemartan and was rushed to the hospital. Eugen Sidorenco qualified Milsami after scoring a goal in the 92nd minute.

In the other semifinal, Zaria surprisingly defeated Sheriff 2-1 in Tiraspol. Andrei Slinkin decided the score in the 63rd minute, but Radu Gansari tied in the last phase of the normal time. In overtime, Gheorghe Boghiu scored in the 108st minute.

The final between Milsami and Zaria will take place at the Zimbru Stadium in Chisinau on May 25.
