The candidate for mayor of Chisinau of the Civic Congress Party Mihail Polyanski said that today he voted for honest politics and for a team of honest people who do not change their political views, IPN reports.

“I voted for a reasonable policy in the city, for urban development, for large infrastructure projects, for a modern, safe and mobile city and, what is most important, for a true city,” stated the candidate.

Mihail Polyanski called on the voters to make a conscious choice so as not to be disappointed by those for whom they voted later.

Moldovan voters are to elect 898 mayors and 11,058 local councilors on Sunday. As many as 2 758 810 electors are expected to cast their votes.
