Mihail Formuzal says he does not understand logic of Communist MPs

“The country needs a head of state, not early elections. I do not understand the logic of the Communist MPs who, before the July early legislative elections, criticized the other parties for being afraid to enter the polling booth, but now they didn't do it themselves,” the Governor of Gagauzia Mihail Formuzal said during a news conference in Chisinau on November 11, Info-Prim Neo reports. “I cannot understand why the PCRM, which is the largest parliamentary group, did not field a candidate for the presidency,” Formuzal said, adding that if the PCRM had put forward a suitable candidate, the head of state could have been elected. Mihail Formuzal said that Gagauzia is also affected by the non-election of the head of state. “No investor wants to come to Moldova when the political situation is unstable,” the Governor stressed.
