Unaffiliated MP Mihai Godea said he will participate in the election of Moldova’s President only if the leaders of the member parties of the Alliance for European Integration pledge publicly to fulfill certain conditions, Info-Prim Neo reports. On December 14, Mihai Godea met with the head of the Democratic Party Marian Lupu, who is the ruling alliance’s candidate for the presidency. The discussions centered on the presidential elections and the possible democratic developments in Moldova, the press service of the unaffiliated MP has said. The conditions will be made public in a press briefing that will be held in the Parliament’s hall on December 15, before the plenary sitting.
