If our negotiation partners are sincere, we will have a Government by the end of July, the leader of the Liberal Party (PL) Mihai Ghimpu said after a new round of talks in the PLDM-PDM-PL format, held in the evening of July 13, IPN reports.
“We are discussing calmly and noiselessly. The groups of experts start work tomorrow. I hope the negotiation partners are sincere. But everything is possible in politics. When we see that we cannot agree, we postpone things until the next day. We are three persons with different opinions and views. But we have common viewpoints on particular issues such as the need to continue the European integration process, to fight corruption and to continue the reform,” said Mihai Ghimpu.
The Liberal leader noted that they also discuss the appointment of a person from the EU as prosecutor general. “We are looking for a solution to do this. But I think that today we should replace not only the prosecutor general. Changes will be made in the administration of all the state institutions. The people do not know the whole reality and blame the MPs for the fact that the state institutions do not work. We, the MPs, must dismiss them, make changes and make sure that the state institutions are functional,” he stated.
