The chairman of the Liberal Party Mihai Ghimpu called on the Liberal-Democratic MPs to renounce their conditions and contribute to the formation of the Government. He made the call in the program “In Depth” on PRO TV Chisinau channel, IPN reports.

“The conditions must be renounced and we should hurry to form the Government. We, the PL, PLDM, PDM and the Leanca group, must reach a consensus as soon as possible. We must form a professional Government for three years, which would be able to restore people’s confidence,” he stated.

Mihai Ghimpu said he agrees that they steal massively in the absence of a Cabinet, as the leader of “Our Party” Renato Usatyi asserted. “The Government is a kind of guard. When there is no guard, they always steal. I think only the Soviet asphalt can be yet stolen. The situation is serious. The people do not work, the business climate is poor and it’s not known what will happen next,” he stated.

The Liberals’ leader considers that if a new Government is not formed, Moldova’s union with Romania is a solution. “We should ensure the union with Romania so as to no longer torment the people. The problems will be solved immediately,” said Mihai Ghimpu.
