“I voted for some to continue to manage the city, while for others to sweep it further and for the good things to be continued. I voted for a future deserved by every resident of the capital city. There is no other path to be followed,” said the leader of the Liberal Party Mihai Ghimpu, who came to the polling place together with his wife at 9am, IPN reports.
He told the journalists he expects that the good things that were initiated will be continued after today’s elections and that the people will realize that life goes on, but it is short and we must take care of it. Any vote is important and everyone should make one’s choice.
Mihai Ghimpu said he was already informed that some of the polling places of the country are short of ballots and that some people vote outside the polling place.
