Mihai Ghimpu came to the polling place together with his wife and two bodyguards. He said he came only with positive thoughts for the country and its people, including the youth, children and elderly persons. When going out of the polling booth, Mihai Ghimpu sighed. “I sighed because a lot of people are indifferent to their lives. I thought how it would be if we all joined forces and took the country out of the impasse,” he stated.
