MFAEI provides details about Greece train crash

There is for now no information about Moldovans being among those involved in the head-on collision between a freight train and a passenger train that occurred this morning close to Larissa city in Greece, IPN rpeorts, quoting the Miniustry of Foriegn Affairs and Eurepan Integartion (MFAEI) of the Republic of Moldova.

According to the preliminary information obtained by Moldova’s Embassy in Athens, 36 persons died, while 66 were hurt. Officials of the Embassy keep in touch with the Greek authorities so as to provide assistance depending on requests.
