Medicines Agency authorized 22 drugs. 17 are new on market

The Medicines Commission of the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices approved 22 medicines, of which 17 were authorized for the first time. Among the new drugs are Erleada, intended for patients with advanced prostate cancer, Maviret, used to treat hepatitis C, and Oseltamivir-LF, recommended for the treatment and prevention of influenza, IPN reports.

Fibryga, a hemostatic drug, and two radiopharmaceuticals – Technescan DTPA and Technescan HDP, used in the diagnosis of kidney and bone problems, were also approved.

The list of new drugs includes Cognitin, to improve brain function, Clobetazole, a corticosteroid used in dermatological treatments, and Algospazmin, an analgesic to reduce pain.
