The Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices ordered immediately withdrawing the medicine for children MIG, 20 mg/ml 100 ml N1, from Moldova’s drug stores, IPN reports.

The order was made following suspicions that the drug does not meet the microbial contamination index. All the drugstores were obliged to stop distributing and selling the medicine and to return the medication to the producer or to transmit it for destruction, in accordance with the legislation

The medicine is produced by Berlin-Chemie AG of Germany. MIG for children is an anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic drug.
