Media association launches Style Guide
The Independent Press Association (IPA) has launched “The style guide with ethical norms for the IPA members” on March 13. The guide represents a set of rules – linguistic norms, journalistic styles, ethical standards – that those 17 newspapers and news agencies, which are IPA members, convened to observe, Info-Prim Neo has learnt from a news release of the association.
“The editors and reporters will find answers to many difficult questions and situations they face in their day-to-day work,” reads the release.
The guide, developed in a project financed by the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights from Switzerland, is recommended to all Moldovan journalists, and students of the journalism schools.
