The mean of the temperatures on the continent in the first half of January is by 6 degrees higher than the normal one. According to 75% of the European weather forecast services, this year’s winter will be mild, causing many anomalies on the globe. A study conducted by the specialists of EU shows that the birds did not migrate, because they found sufficient food in the places where they were staying, the bears did not enter the hibernation phase, fact that will affect their metabolism, the viruses are multiplying and mutating. The German press says that the anofel mosquitoes, which spread the tropical malaria, appeared near Munich. If this situation will continue, the experts forecast that the average temperatures will increase by 3 degrees by 2071. According to the State Meteorology Service, the temperatures in Moldova oscillate between 8 and 13 degrees, 9 and 11 – in Chisinau. According to the specialists, such temperatures are registered in the north of Moldova once in 30 years, in centre – once in 25 years and in south – once in 10 years. The mildest winter was registered in 1989-1990, when the mean of the entire season was +1-2 degrees, and +20-23 degrees Celsius had been registered in February. The coldest winter was registered by meteorologists in 1963, when it was registered a temperature of -26-36 degree. The average length of winter on the territory of Moldova ranges from 80 to 100 days.
