The mayor of Soldanesti town Ion Cuculescu, who was arrested for 72 hours on suspicion of abuse of power, was set free and placed under juridical control for the period of the investigation. While under juridical control, Ion Cuculescu will have to inform the court if he wants to leave the country and in what circumstances.
