Mayor general Ion Ceban said that the city of Chisinau is the house where, together, we manage to change things. “Here, at home, we still have a lot to do and only united we can continue to transform our beloved city, for the future of our children and parents so that we are proud of the done work,” the mayor said in his message on the occasion of Chisinau’s Patron Saint Day.

“Together with you, together with all those who love the municipality of Chisinau, we make things change every day and things become as we want you to see them – more comfortable, more modern, friendlier, for all ages – from children to adults. I wish you on this beautiful day a lot of health, success, well-being in every home. We look forward to seeing you in the center of the capital city. We have many surprises for everyone,” said Ion Ceban, quoted by IPN.



Earlier today, officials of the Chisinau City Hall laid flowers at the monument to Ruler Stephen the Great and Holy. The Patron Saint Liturgy was held at the Metropolitan Cathedral “Nativity of the Lod” and the feast of the Protection of the Mother of God was observed in the square of the Cathedral.
