The young people should be those who win in the fight against corruption and who have jobs at home even if they study abroad. They should live in a clean, modern European city, the candidate of the People’s Party for mayor of Chisinau Maxim Braila stated in a news conference at IPN. He noted he decided to be the exponent of the young people in the current election campaign, showing this by his electoral program, and banks of the support of these in elections.
“By the decision to be the exponent of the youth in elections, I want to say that I count on the support of the young people and on their understanding. I undertake the task of bringing to ballot boxes those who often stay home on the election day and do not vote. I want exactly what the young people in the Republic of Moldova want. Most of the theses from my electoral program are a proof of this. Chisinau should become the city of young people,” said the candidate of the People’s Party.
Maxim Braila pleads for promoting the young people who are not afraid of becoming involved in the decision-making process, in the political struggle. “In Armenia, the new Premier replaced the Government and this now includes two men aged 25 and 27 respectively. This means care for the future, people with new views for the future,” stated the candidate.
In another development, Maxim Braila said in autumn he will organize the planting of 1,000 trees, as he promised in the election campaign. He already identified a place of 20 ares in this regard, in the Chisinau Park “La Izvor”.
The youngest candidate in the new mayoral elections in Chisinau considers namely the votes of the young people will decide the fate of the capital city. Therefore, he urged the young people to take part in the elections on May 20.
