MP of the Shor Party Marina Tauber denies the reports that the party tried to buy MPs of the Democratic Party of Moldova and Democratic MP Nicolae Ciubuc’s assertion that Tauber tried to persuade him to join them, IPN reports.
“I have discussions with many MPs of different groups, not only with MPs of the group of the PDM. Yes, we phone each other and discuss particular topics. I didn’t know that Mister Ciubuc reports instantly when someone calls him or dictatorship in the PDM reached a level when each call should be announced live? Maybe for this reason the people leave the party,” Marina Tauber stated in the talk show “About us” on Jurnal TV channel.
“He probably intended to promote his image at the expense of the president of the Shor Party. I intended to discuss bills related to agriculture with him as he had served as minister and I hoped he will help me over the issues about witch he spoke himself. Our telephone discussion centered on this and Mister Ciubuc can confirm this thing,” added Marina Tauber.
As to the decision of Violeta Ivanov and Vladimir Vitiuc to join the Shor Party, the MP said the two, with their political experience, will help a lot the party to advance. “I bank on their experience as they achieved many things in Moldovan politics. A former Deputy Speaker and a former deputy minister – they are persons who drafted many legislative proposals. Today I had a long discussion with Missis Ivanov on social projects and foreign grants”.
As to the removal of the Government, Marina Tauber said the executive does not have many days left, while Igor Dodon feels that the ground is slipping from under his feet.
