Moldova will receive an official reaction from the European partners most probably at the start of next week. Certain attitudes of the Romanian authorities and of those from the EU, as regards the recent political developments, convey a clear and direct message that the PLDM and PCRM are Moldova’s grave diggers, the leader of the PDM Marian Lupu said in the program “Fabrika” on Publika TV channel, IPN reports.

Marian Lupu said the joint actions of the Liberal-Democratic and Communist MP are the most conclusive proof that the relations between Moldova and the European Union deteriorated significantly. “What the foreign partners say is a natural reaction. I received many phone calls from high-ranking officials. An informal reaction already came. They were astounded by what the MPs voted in Parliament,” he stated.

The Democratic leader also said that the Venice Commission already reacted, while the European officials will make statements concerning Moldova next week or after the holidays. The European partners will decide what cooperation relations they will have with Moldova in the future.
