March 20 is International Astrology Day

{Info-Prim Neo interview with Tatiana Paladi, director of Cosmologic Center “Polus Geticus”} [- What does astrology really mean?] - The occupation of astrologist is listed in the International Standard Classification of Occupations ISCO-88 and the Classification of Activities in the Economy of Moldova (Section O. class 93.0, subclass 93.05). Astrology is a multilateral system of knowledge, based on the experience of connections between the dynamics of celestial bodies and the characteristics of terrestrial entities and phenomena. The mission of an astrologist is to make astrograms for certain events and to interpret the signification of astral combinations in terms of influences and predispositions, to inform and suggest upon request constructive solutions and available possibilities for the entity to shape its destiny and role in the existential plan. The Ethic Code of the Astrologist was developed and approved by the Center of Culture and Cosmology “Polus Geticus”, the Association of Astrologists in Moldova and the Center of Astrologic Research “Astrouranias”, based on the experience of international astrologic associations. [- The great thinkers of the Antiquity praised the advanced cosmologic knowledge of our Geto-Dacian ancestors and thought that the Spiritual Pole of the World was in the lands of the Getae. Why is the reputation of astrologists and the trust in them much lower here than in other European countries? ] - Since ancient times until today, astrology has been applied in the protection of the state, of persons and property. Astrologists are called upon as often as family doctors, which is not true for our community. Moldovan astrologists have gathered and organized a valuable thesaurus of knowledge, based on the research of the national and international cosmologic heritage, which can be used for understanding human existence in a variety of contexts. We have elaborated professional study programs in order to promote and develop astrology in a constructive and responsible manner and to coordinate activities in the domain of astrologic research. Currently, we are finishing the Occupational Standard of the astrologist profession, which stipulates the ranking of the profession, the description of competences, necessary knowledge and skills and realization criteria. As I stated, the astrological practice is meant to decipher, enrich, maintain and protect human life and dignity. The astrologist’s work is to the benefit of people, society and the state as whole. It must rely on an occupational standard and not trainings, short courses of some random information from the Internet. [- Speaking of which, why isn’t astrology taught in schools and universities?] - There were temporary courses of astrology at the State University in Chisinau and at the Slavonic University, where I studied, but we need a professional system. Your question is beautiful and painful. As a member of the Scientific Society “The Man and the Universe”, I presented a large report about the role of spiritual sciences in modern society at the forum of scientists within the Academy of Sciences, to the Ministry of Education and various religious cults, providing proposals regarding the research and promotion of cosmic Christianity in Moldova. Afterwards, we went to official institutions asking for proper conditions to be created for the study of astrology, we offered the libraries our books “The Astral Destiny of Moldova” and “Cosmic Moldova, which include cosmologic treaties about the evolution of the Republic of Moldova, as fated on August 27, 1991, the deciphering of Miorita ballad, about the elements in our coat of arms, the enigmas and paradigms of our land. Their translation in Russian would make possible for all of the inhabitants of our country to learn about its Sacred History. So far, we only have the answer of the Ministry of Education, which said that “during undergraduate studies, the training of additional/special competences in astrology can be obtained through optional courses”. We are still waiting for an answer from the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Family, the division for culture and the division for education, youth and sport of the Chisinau City Hall. [- This theoretic and informative science, with deep roots in mankind’s history, could it be subordinated to the Academy of Sciences? ] - Of course. Moldova doesn’t have NASA-like agencies, but our astrological NGOs have a great arsenal of procedures, methods and techniques that can be used for analyzing and predicting changes in social, economic and political tendencies. We proposed the “Cosmologist-astrologist” specialization to be included in the catalogue of scientific specializations of personnel in the sphere of science and innovation. Cosmology is an organized set of knowledge based on the Holy Scriptures, concepts about the Universe, philosophical doctrines about the world and the thesaurus of folk wisdom about life. That’s why we think the humanities must accept cosmologic sciences as a new branch. Regrettably, we received no answer. In our country, astrology isn’t represented at academic level yet and astrology courses are available when experienced astrologists choose to share their knowledge with beginners. We are optimistic and hope that the academic community and the whole sphere of education and culture will understand that Moldova is a cosmic entity created by God and it would help knowing its geopolitical destiny, its astral mission, energetic vibrations… and all this means astrology. [- Today is the International Day of Astrology. What do you wish for?] - Our professional holiday was established in 1993 at the initiative of The Association for Astrological Networking, as is marked yearly in the day of spring equinox, when the Sun enters the sign of Aries, between March 20 and 22. I want the Moldovans to know and be proud about the cosmologic heritage of our ancestors. Archaeological diggings have shown that in ancient times, our land was full of sanctuaries and cosmologic laboratories. I’m realistic and I don’t think that tomorrow the Sacred History will be on pupils’ desks in schools or that the restoring of Sacred Paths in the Ancient Center of Europe will begin tomorrow in Chisinau. In countries with billions of inhabitants, cosmologic sciences are high-ranked in the state, but in our country the 300 year old words of Dimitrie Cantemir that Moldovans don’t like noble sciences remain true. We are living in another Macrocosmic Age, in which collaboration between governmental entities and nongovernmental astrologic entities can help the progress of society and economy based on knowledge. This partnership can offer a superior quality of astrologic knowledge and social guarantees for the profession of astrologist, a chance for people to find guidance in the ocean of astrological data provided by informational systems and will raise the responsibility of people providing astrological services. I wish for all of us to raise our eyes to the Sky more often, because the Truth is there and the source of cosmic energies we must feel and use for the dynamic development of our country.
