The income plans of the mandatory health insurance budget for January-September 2007 were 103.9% fulfilled. The revenues collected in this period totalled about 1.48 bln lei or by 55.3 mln lei more than planned. The sum of 900 mln lei projected for paying the insurance premiums paid from the state budget was transferred fully. The insurance premiums paid by employees and employers in percentage value added up to roughly 524.5 mln lei or by 35.3 mln lei or 5.2% more than projected. The incomes from sales of health insurance policies and the other collections totalled about 62.03 mln lei. This is by 29.2 mln lei or 89.5% more than planned. The spending of the mandatory health insurance budget over January-September totalled 1.31 bln lei or 92% of the projections.
