The managers of the dwelling fund from the capital have at their disposal a week to ask, until 27 October, for the connection of the blocks of apartments to the thermal network. The administration of “Termocom” JSC announces that only the blocks that have no debts and that will present during this term the requests for delivering the thermal supply will benefit from heat. At the same time, the heat supplier has come to an agreement with Chisinau City Hall that the blocks of the residents that paid 95% - 100% will also be connected to the thermal network, if the managers present to the supplier proofs to confirm that all the debtors living in the respective blocks have been sued or have signed payment timetables for paying off the debts coordinated with “Termocom”. Up to now, all those 116 kindergartens from the capital were connected to the heating network within three days. 68 schools, 61 lyceums, 3 institutions of higher education, 9 hospitals, and 14 policlinics also benefit from thermal supply. 996 facilities, inclusively 689 blocks are totally connected to the thermal network. Out of them, 652 blocks belong to the municipal enterprises, 13 – to owners’ associations, and 24 are departmental houses. At present, 1494 connection permits were issued to the dwelling fund, and 199 permits to the economic agents, 32 facilities being connected already. 4112 facilities that have proper technical conditions for being connected to the heating centralized system are in Chisinau. Of them, 272 are schools and kindergartens, 46 institutions of higher education, 60 medical institutions, 264 facilities of the private sector, 658 of the economic agents and over 2800 blocks of flats.
