The 32-year-old man who sexually abused a girl aged three in Kindergarten No. 23 in Chisinau last August was sentenced to 10 years in closed-type prison. The Prosecutor’s Office of Centru district managed to prove that the man committed violent actions of sexual character, Info-Prim Neo has learned from the Prosecutor General’s Office. According to the prosecutors, on August 18, 2010, while inside the kindergarten, the man entered the children’s bedroom and sexually abused a three-year-old girl. He was arrested the next day. The legal case was remitted to court for examination last November. The sentence can be appealed to a higher court.
