A man aged 45 from Criuleni district, who was arrested for committing a theft in October, is also suspected of committing a robbery in Cimislia town in summer. The man immobilized the woman owner of a house and her daughter and stole domestic appliances and jewels to the value of about 60,000 lei, IPN reports.

According to a communiqué from the General Police Inspectorate, the man faces five to seven years in jail and/or a fine of up to 20,000 lei.
