The police arrested a 24-year-old man from Capaclia village of Cantemir district on suspicion he had axed his drinking buddy, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Interior Ministry says on its website that the suspect and the victim aged 55 worked for a local man. After drinking alcohol, they started to quarrel. The young man hit his companion several times with an ax, dismembering the body and making the place look like a scene of carnage. According to the police, the suspect suffers from epilepsy. He is under arrest in Cantemir town. The doctors will examine him to determine his mental state. If found guilty, he would serve 25 years behind bars or life.
