A Moldovan extradited from Russia faces up to 15 years in jail for intentional murder. The legal case against him was sent to court for examination, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the Prosecutor General's Office. The 33-year-old man is native of Briceni. He shot a friend of his from a hunting rifle during a quarrel because of a woman, while under the influence of alcohol. The victim died in the hospital several days later. The man left the country. He was announced wanted and caught in Russia. If the court finds him guilty, he will serve 8 to 15 years behind bars.
