A 41-year-old man living in Chisinau's Botanica district has been hospitalized after he was aggressed by his wife. Eufalia Negreata, the coordinating doctor of the Emergency Service, has told Info-Prim Neo the two were fighting as the inebriated woman stroke her husband with an unidentified object. The man was taken to the hospital with head trauma. A 57-year-old man was found strangulated in his apartment on Florilor street. A woman, aged 84, from Gaspar village, Edinet district, was found carbonized in her house destroyed by fire. The press officer of the Civil Protection and Emergencies, Tatiana Corceac, has told Info-Prim Neo that firefighters contained 14 fires in Moldova during the week-end. Most of them were caused by short circuits, broken devices, and children playing with fire.
