A man was seriously injured in a road accident in Chisinau's Ciocana district on May 27. According to the Ambulance Service, the man in his 60s was struck by a motorcycle, Info-Prim Neo reports. The victim suffered multiple injuries and got his right leg broken and was admitted to the reanimatology section of the Emergency Hospital in a coma. A VAZ-2101 collided with an Opel-Omega at the intersection of Dacia Blvd. and Valea Crucii St this morning. One of the drivers and two passengers were taken to the hospital with traumas and fractures. The traffic accidents this year claimed 101 lives. 957 persons were hurt.
