A 27-year-old man was sentenced to five years and a half in prison for rape and violent actions of sexual character, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué from the Prosecutor General’s Office, in October 2010 the culprit lured his female neighbor, who suffered from mental retardation, into his apartment and raped her. The offender is married and has a minor child. The sentence can be appealed to a higher court.
