A 41-year-old man was sentenced to 20 years in a closed jail for raping his minor daughter, IPN reports.
According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, in 2021-2023 the man raped his daughter who didn’t turn 14 by using physical and mental abuse.
During the investigation, the defendant was in pretrial detention. He denied any wrongdoing.
The sentence can be challenged in the court of appeals.
