A man, 51, died from electrocution inside a transformer unit in Baurci village, Ciadar-Lunga. The reasons which made the man enter the live transformer are still unknown. According to the PR unit of the Union Fenosa-Moldova Company, the accident occurred on June 6, at around 11pm, when the company’s hotline was informed about a power failure on one of the streets in the village. Upon arrival, the maintenance squad found inside the transformer the body of the 51-year-old man, apparently the repairman of the “Baurci-Agro” company. The specialists ascertained that the man died after making contact with the live parts of the electrical device.
