An inhabitant of the village Tareuca, Rezina, died because of suffered burns, after he set himself on fire, in his own household. According to the Exceptional Situations Department, the man aged 67 set himself on fire in an outbuilding. The building burnt completely, and the man died because of suffered burns. A fire set in a haycock in the household of the monastery „Capriana” endangering a neighboring stable, where about 100 pigs and 22 cows were sheltered. The intervention of firemen of Straseni, Calarasi and Chisinau made possible to detect the epicenter of the fire and to save the monks’ goods. Since the beginning of the year, 1,247 fires were registered in Moldova, in which 151 persons have died, including 10 children.
