A car traveling at a speed of over 200 km/hour ran under a KAMAZ truck on Mihail Sadoveanu St in Chisinau last night. Chisinau Ambulance Service managing doctor Anatol Proca has told Info-Prim Neo that the ambulance was called by taxi drivers working in the area. They said a speeding Audi crashed into a truck that was going in front of the car. The car was torn into two pieces. The driver was crushed to death. The truck driver suffered injuries. On November 14, a Mercedes minibus running on route No. 175 struck an 18-year-old girl at the intersection of the Chisinau streets Lev Tolstoi and Bucuresti. The girl was rushed to the hospital with a fracture of the skull base and a concussion. A woman aged 26 sustained injury to the internal organs and the pelvis when the car in which she was traveling collided with another car. She was injured by the safety belt that she fastened incorrectly, only over the abdomen.
