A young man from Ialoveni was apprehended when he was selling cocaine in Chisinau. According to initial estimates, the cocaine found on him is worth about 200,000 lei on the black market. The General Police Inspectorate said that 60 packs with drugs were seized as a result of the search of the suspect and the car he was driving, IPN reports.

The 22-year-old was detained by officers of the National Investigation Inspectorate, together with prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Special Cases.

The state prosecutors requested the Ciocana Court of Chisinau to order to remand the suspect in custody.
