A 30-year-old man from Albinița village of Anenii Noi district was found dead with signs of multiple blows on his body. According to the police, a woman from the village with whom the man allegedly drank alcohol regularly was detained as a suspect, IPN reports.

The woman is 43 years old. Preliminarily, it was established that the two drank alcoholic beverages together and then got into a fight.

The man was found dead on the morning of September 6.

The General Police Inspectorate said the woman, if she is found guilty of intentional murder, will serve up to 20 years in prison or life.
