At least a woman and a man suffered hypothermia because they stayed outside in the cold for too long. Both of them were taken to the hospital on February 22. Petru Cravet, spokesman for the National Emergency Medicine Center, has told Info-Prim Neo that the 68-year-old man is a resident of Bubuieci village. The ambulance found him frozen not far from the Central Market of Chisinau. The woman aged 62 is homeless. She was rushed to the hospital at about 10pm.
