President Maia Sandu, who is running for a new term, says that the fate of the country lies in the vote of each citizen. “There are four days left until the election. Don’t let others dictate your life – choose with your vote! Vote on Sunday, October 20,” Maia Sandu urged.

The candidate of the Party of Action and Solidarity noted that when we make big decisions – decisions for Moldova – we take them as a nation, together. “If you love your country, if you care about the future of Moldova for the next decades, go and vote. Ask for two ballots – for the election of the President and for the referendum - and vote for Moldova,” stated Maia Sandu.

The candidate also addressed the Moldovans in the diaspora. “I, and the Moldovan in Germany, and the Moldovan in Italy, Spain, Ireland, the UK or France, want the same thing – to be well at home. Children should grow up in Moldova, next to the grandparents, families should remain united, the country should be safe. Moldovans are like a family scattered all over the world, but who gather together in important moments. October 20 is an important time for our whole family. There will be no second round in the referendum. A day for voting so that we don’t have to wait another 30 years. With Moldova in our souls, we are going to vote,” urged Maia Sandu.
