Young people aged between 18 and 29, who want to work together with public functionaries and to learn from their experience, will be now more motivated to do it. President Maia Sandu promulgated the law on paid internships in the public service sector, IPN reports, quoting the presidential press service.
President Sandu noted that for their part, the public institutions can benefit from the enthusiasm and energy of interns. “Dear young people, we invite you to take part in the contest to work in our teams at the President’s Office, the Parliament, the Government, the State Chancellery and other public authorities,” said the official.
She underlined that many interesting things happen in state institutions and the young people can learn from those experiences. Now that the process of joining the EU became real, the energy and involvement of young people is more necessary than ever.
“No matter what institution you choose, I hope you will gain useful experience to develop professionally. We, for our part, hope to persuade as many young people as possible to remain at home and to come and work for state institutions so that we together build the European Moldova,” said Maia Sandu
