MAE seeks punishment for April 7 aggressors
The European Action Movement (MAE) expressed concern in a statement published Wednesday that, six months after the anticommunist protests in central Chisinau, “no serious inquiry has been conducted, no persons to blame for the violence against the young protesters have been found”.
The MAE believes the guilty persons must “pay for all those atrocities. They must be found and brought before justice without delay”.
“Each day that passes from the death of Valeriu Boboc and the torturing of the youths in police custody is another mourning day for the Republic of Moldova”, the statement reads.
