The lump sum of 45,000 lei intended for doctors and druggists and of 36,000 lei designed for average medical and pharmaceutical personnel will be paid in three, not four installments as now. The decision was taken by the Cabinet, IPN reports.

The first installments are paid after the first month of activity, while the next installments after the second and third year of activity.

Also, the period of three years will not include the period when the individual work contract is suspended and the leave to look after the child up to the age of four.

An estimated 92 million lei will be allocated from the state budget for 2017 for fully paying the allowances and benefits enjoyed by young specialists who work in rural areas.
