List of government interests available for privatization has been updated
The state shares in 13 stock companies were modified as a result of transferring the stocks of liquidated agricultural firms to the Public Property Agency. The state interests in Lactis and Vinal-Coci stock companies reached 2.9% and 3.98% respectively, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Shares in 10 other companies were sold, so that state’s interests of Capital reduced to 17.25%, Valtu-CIS -21.12%, Seminte-Agro -15.05, Calarasi Cannery -5.72%.
The amount of shares in 8 other companies, including Multevit, Orhei-Vit, Mold-Nord, changed as a result of paying off debts to investors, through the sale of assets.
Merisor and Ghiozel Kuzu were dropped out of the privatization list after being written off by the State Register of Enterprises and Organizations. Moldincombank, in which the state owned 1.57% of the stocks, was cut out as well because state’s shares were frozen.
After these changes, the interests available for privatization range between 22.99% and 0.6%.
